Shipping Details

The information below describes our production, shipping, delivery, and pickup terms for orders placed on promotionnel.ca (hereinafter “AFFICHEZ”, “we”, “our”). The indicated timelines are for reference only and may vary.

1) Delivery Address

  • The delivery address used will be the one provided at the time the order is placed.
  • Any modification must be communicated without delay.
  • In case of an error requiring a second delivery, additional fees will be charged to the customer.

2) Production Times (Indicative)

Production times are indicative and may vary based on external factors. AFFICHEZ does not guarantee an exact delivery date. Average timelines after visual/proof approval (when required):

  • Promotional apparel and items: approximately 15 business days after approval of visuals (may exceed 20 business days during high-demand periods).
  • Printed materials: 3 to 12 business days.
  • Booths: 7 to 20 business days.

No refund will be granted in the event of timeline changes.

3) Carriers and Shipping Options

We use multiple carriers depending on the product ordered. If you prefer to use your own carrier, you may request it by email or phone:

4) In-Store Pickup (Quebec City or Laval)

It is possible to pick up certain orders at our Quebec City or Laval offices. When this option is available, it will be clearly indicated when adding the product to your shopping cart. You simply need to select the pickup option if you prefer to collect your order at our offices.

5) Delivery Times (Shipping)

  • Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee.
  • AFFICHEZ is not responsible for lost or damaged goods or for delivery delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

6) Modification or Cancellation of an Approved Order

  • After a period of 2 business days, it is no longer possible to cancel or modify the order.
  • Fee for modifying an order already in production: $100
  • Cancellation fee for an order: $125

7) Order Receipt

Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the condition of the packages and general conformity. In case of an issue (damaged package, damaged product, etc.), please keep the packaging and take photos, then contact us promptly so we can analyze the situation and, if necessary, open a case with the carrier.
